Just come on time

Why do people feel the ned to come 30 minutes early to things - just get there on time - there is just no need to come that early. It is actually more of a pain in the butt when they come that early as opposed to even come 1 or 2 minuts late...although those who come 30 minutes early are usually the last to get picked up!
